Well-being = Lack of illness or disease – is this true 

I think we now know well-being is about so much more……….

If Covid and lockdown have taught us anything is our well-being is precious and impacts so much on our everyday lives

Well-being = Physical, Mental and Emotional Health

 Mental and Emotional Health are priorities to maintaining physical health.

If you have emotional memories as small as something like you keep reliving a situation where something or someone made you angry to something larger like a trauma, house fire, car crash, divorce, bullying, attack. They all impact on how your emotional and mental health, even if they were years ago. How they make you feel, impacts your well-being.

What do you need to do to improve your well-being?

  • What do you need to let go of
  • What do you need to release
  • What do you need to re-frame
  • What do you need to re-process
  • What do you wish you could change
  • What do you no longer want to live with
  • What have you had enough of

What memories or experiences create anger, shame, guilt, fear When we think about past situations that have caused negative emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, anger, sadness……..if they still bring up bad feelings even when they happened years ago…. this is affecting your wellbeing and impacts on you, relationships, who you are in the world on how you feel.
