Thai Massage

A time-honored technique for alleviating muscle tension. It combines yoga-like stretching with the application of pressure along the body’s energy pathways using the therapist’s hands and feet. This form of massage is thought to diminish headaches, lessen lower back and joint discomfort, enhance flexibility, soothe anxiety, and rejuvenate both the mind and body.

Sports Massage

This technique is suitable for anyone with an active lifestyle looking to treat injuries or repetitive sprains or strains that have been built up over time in specific soft tissue and muscle areas. Sports massage can help release and reduce tension in muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

This method employs profound pressure through a blend of slow movements and significant finger pressure aimed at alleviating deep-seated tension and stiffness in your muscles and connective tissues.

Foot Massage

Foot massage encompasses a variety of techniques such as kneading, pressing, and squeezing specific points on the feet. By focusing on particular areas, a therapist can target issues directly, offering relief from various ailments. This targeted approach not only helps in soothing sore feet but also contributes to overall health by stimulating points connected to different parts of the body.

Swedish Relaxing Massage

Widely recognized as one of the most prevalent massage techniques, Swedish Massage focuses on fostering relaxation and easing muscle tension. It is characterised by its gentler approach compared to deep tissue massage, making it an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation and relief from tension rather than intense muscle manipulation.

Head, Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage

This massage targets the head, neck, shoulders, and back, employing specialized oils to alleviate tension and soothe tight, aching muscles that often arise from daily strain or poor posture.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massages offer expectant mothers a wonderful method to manage stress, alleviate aches and pains, and facilitate relaxation and preparation for labour.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a traditional alternative medicine technique where a therapist places special cups on the skin for several minutes to generate suction. This method is sought for various reasons, such as pain relief, reducing inflammation, improving blood flow, promoting relaxation and well-being, and serving as a form of deep-tissue massage.

Best Thai Massage I’ve had in my life !! I wish I could give 10 stars. I was so relaxed yet my sore achy muscles were slowly melting away. I had very stiff lower back and calves (from long hours in a desk job) .. but finally now feel able to stretch without pain. Ill definitely be back soon. Thank you & Namaste.
