Perceptive, creative and adaptable, I work in partnership with my clients, empowering them to recognise – whether in themselves, others or the circumstances in which they find themselves – the factors at play in the issues they’re experiencing, so they find greater self-compassion and the courage and awareness to move through life and its challenges with more ease.
I use an integrative approach to my work, which means tools and techniques from a range of therapeutic perspectives are used to create individualised support that is unique to each individual and their current circumstances.
My working hours are flexible, including early mornings, evenings and weekends so that my clients can schedule sessions around their working days, without the need to take time off.
