Pilates works for me on so many levels – it’s a safe and structured way to tone and strengthen your body and a wonderful antidote to long hours spent working at a computer. There are infinite ways of enhancing and extending exercises as your skill level and confidence increase, and it delivers a great workout for your brain as well as your body. I only wish I’d discovered it sooner! Lesley provides excellent tuition in a lovely, supportive environment and the small class sizes mean everyone gets the attention and encouragement they need.
