Since I’ve been visiting Anna for massage my entire outlook towards treatment has changed. I suffer greatly with stiffness and pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders due to hyper mobility. In the past, masseurs I have visited have often left me more broken, more stiff and in more pain due to their more aggressive style of ‘treatment’. Anna understands that due to my circumstances I require a more thought-out and measured approach and always comes to our sessions with more knowledge and ways to help me. Fantastic improvements in my capacity to relax since visiting her too! Excellent!
