Based on Traditional Yoga Vinyasa, this class will take you through a flow where time is taken to land in each posture while focusing on your individual breath and body.
Instructions
Mats are provided; however, you are always welcome to bring your own.
Equally, you can bring along any props you would normally use in your practice.
