TCY Pilates offers a wide range of classes for every age, fitness level and goal. We use a wide range of small props adding increased variety and challenge to each class. We also run Barre Pilates classes which combine the core strength and precision of Pilates with the positions and technique of ballet. This class sculpts the muscles whilst improving balance, strength and stamina.
