What shall I bring?

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing, to ensure you are comfortable.

Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, journal and pen if you wish to jot down your experience.

Is It Safe For Me?

Sound healing is considered low risk and over all safe for most people. However as a precaution they may not be recommended during pregnancy, those diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures and whom have been diagnosed with severe mental health condition should seek advise with their primary care provider, GP before taking part.

For those who has a pacemaker or other electrical or mechanical device fitted.

For those who wear a hearing aid it is recommended to turn down to avoid any discomfort.

For those who metal in their body sound baths may not be suitable due to the possiblity of discomfort or injury.

For those with any other medical conditions that may feel concerned please speak to your GP, medical practice before booking your space.

About Sharon

Sharon is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist,Quantum Energy Healer, Shamanic Facilitator and Dragon Frequency Facilitator with over 20 years of experience. She founded Sjb Wellbeing in 2005 in Dubai and rebirthed her Uk practice in 2020.

Sharon trained firstly in Energy Healing in 2004 for her own healing needs through being in a new country alone undergoing a long term relationship breakup, where she was directed to undergo training as a Reiki Masters Teacher and Spiritual Trance Healing and Communication. From there life evolved into different modalities and practices.

Sharon trained in Hypnotherapy and Transpersonal Regression Therapy in 2010-2012 in Dubai, UAE.

Sharon trained in sound in 2008 and retrained for her Uk Diploma in Sound Therapy and Gong Bath in 2018 . In 2017 after going to her own transformational ceremony for herself which lead to her undergoing training with shamans in Mallorca and finished off her training in Columbia Putomayo Jungle.
