Your hosts: Lesley & Maddie
Lesley: Fully certified Body Control Pilates Mat teacher, also qualified in Pilates for Osteoporosis & Bone Health; Pilates for Spinal Scoliosis; Barre Concept; & qualifications in various small equipment.
Lesley is also a certified Back4Good Practitioner, specialising in Pilates for lower back pain.
Maddie: Fully certified Body Control Pilates Mat & Reformer Teacher, with additional qualifications in Pilates for those living with and beyond Breast Cancer. Maddie is also a certified Menopause Health Coach with the prestigious MyMT (My Menopause Transition) programme.
