Join Nicola and Melissa on a transformative healing journey using 9D Breathwork, subconcious mind reprogramming using hypntoic suggestion, subliminal messages and binural beats and frequency along with energy healing & light codes.
9D Breathwork is a somatic form of healing, bridging the gap between the mind and the body to release stored emotion and trauma. So often we do the mental health work or body work but this connects the two in a revolutionary way.
9D Breathwork is a cinematic sound experience layered with hypnosis, subliminal messaging and different frequency & vibrational healing tones paired with the power of an active breathing journey – a healing experience like no other! This is designed to help you access the subconscious mind, release trauma and suppressed emotion within the body, whilst rewiring the brain, coaching you through the experience to help give you a personal & spiritual transformation.
This is like having 3 treatments rolled into one session – so big transformations can happen!
- We have the breathwork – all abilities can be catered for. There are some who like to do light relaxation breathing, whilst others in the group can be guided into a deeper transformation.
- We have Mindset Work – let the hypnotic, frequency healing guided mediation shift your mindset and begin rewiring your mind for positive change!
- We have Energy Work – this is how we make a group experience, individual! Each person’s energy gets worked on, shifted and your vibe will rise! Our aim is to balance your energy centres and release stagnant stuck emotions and energy!
During the journey you will put on our headphones, bring down your eye mask and be taken inward, on a journey towards a more free, liberated and healed you. Teamed with powerful energy & emotional release healing by both of us at soul sister healing in the room individually and collectively it’s going to be a unique and transformative experience.

- Wear comfortable clothing
- Eye masks will be provided but you can bring your own
- Many people bring their own pillow/blanket to make your journey comfortable
- Bring water/something to drink
- A journal if you wish
- An open mind

Photography & videography may be taken during this session, if you are not comfortable with this please let us know ahead of the session.

CONTRAINDICATIONS – A BREATHWORK SESSION MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Cardiovascular problems
- Abnormally high blood pressure
- Aneurysms
- Epilepsy and seizures in the past
- Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Pregnancy
- People with asthma should bring their own inhaler
