Gratitude – Life Changing?

Practicing daily gratitude can be a life-changer for many.  Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation or feeling thankful. It is one of the highest vibrations our body can be in which means we attract things into our lives that are on the same frequency.  This is proven by science.

How to Start?

Write down 3 things you are grateful for, if you’ve got more keep going. big or small it doesn’t matter.
Ideas:
-someone in your life, the pillow you rest your head on at night, the lovely cuppa you had, a compliment someone paid you, the sun, moon and stars, the springtime blossoms, something you appreciate about you……you can be happy for things that are on the way, happy for things that are troubling you that have been solved.
Write it out and the trick is to really feel it in your heart:
  • I am so happy and grateful that I have such a wonderful family
  • I am so happy and grateful that I was complimented on my outfit today
  • I am so happy and grateful for the pillow on which I rest my head at night
  • I am so happy and grateful for all the colours of springtime
  • I am so happy and grateful now that the love of my life is on his/her way
  • I am so happy and grateful that my husband and I have a great relationship
  • I am so happy and grateful now that X is solved and everyone is happy
When you feel gratitude you feel so much happier and content.  Why not get yourself a gratitude journal and start your day writing out what you are grateful for? Your day will be so much better for it.
