Our open-level classes are perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis. Under the guiding principle of Hatha, you’ll experience a spectrum of yoga styles – from the grounding of static poses to the fluidity of Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).

Pranayama will teach you the art of breath control, vital for deep relaxation and mental clarity. Each session is uniquely themed, drawing on the profound wisdom of yoga philosophy to not only deepen your practice but also to enhance your daily life.
