Join Carole Sanderson in this in-person event where you can learn to de-stress through expressive writing, meditation and mindfulness practices. Whether you’re new to writing or looking to deepen your practice, this session is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. Learn a new coping mechanism then chill-out with the power of guided imagery, quiet voice and sound therapy.
